The Dexter: Now Accepting Whole House Rentals for 2020

Due to Covid-19, The Dexter will be offered as a whole house rental this summer. Book your rental here!

We’ve thought this one through long and hard and we believe that The Dexter is the perfect location for families to rent as a group and enjoy the Vineyard safely. We comfortably sleep 16 with 8 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. There is a private outdoor patio for late night entertaining, a outdoor shower for after the beach, and 4 living rooms for relaxation and private work space. We have ample off-street parking for 6 cars, laundry on site, an oversized gas range, subzero fridge in our chef’s kitchen, central A/C, and we’re conveniently located right in the middle of everything.

Here is what we’re doing to keep your trip safe: 1. Commercial cleaning before each stay 2. New slip covers for the couches before each stay 3. Steam cleaned carpets 4. Lysol and hand sanitizer on site 5. Extra mid-week cleanings available 6. On call concierge service for things you forgot to bring or don’t feel like going to get.
